Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling based Martial Arts that puts you through a wide range of grappling positions with use of minimal strength, you will use leverage over any opponent from any position. In our Women’s BJJ classes you will learn to Throw, Trip, Takedown, put your opponent in a lock or hold and escape. Our classes are a great mix of self defence combined with the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are a great workout, an extremely effective form of real-world self-defense, and a fun way to de-stress. Every week your confidence will build and you will learn various strategies and techniques that will help you defend yourself, all while becoming a great Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner.
Our Women’s only BJJ classes are once a week and allows you to train alongside other women of your same skill level. You will learn from two experienced instructors each week and they will have you picking the sport up in no time at all!
