Women’s Combat Fitness and Strength

These classes are a High intensity workout that aims to get you stronger and fitter under the Experienced Coach Kristina Vidaic. These classes are offered through our Womens Program, that includes Women’s Kickboxing as well.

Coach Kristina has structured workouts that are designed to achieve results, these results can range from weight loss to toning up or just wanting to get a bit stronger.

What will I do in a Combat Fitness and Strength class?

The class consists of similar exercises we use to prepare a fighter for competition. You could be practicing MMA moves, doing a Bag workout, running through a functional workout with Kettlebells and weights. Each class is unique, fun and challenging.

What equipment will you need?

The only piece of equipment you will need, are Boxing gloves. If you have a pair bring them along, If not, we supply gloves in the Gym that you can borrow.

Do we have contracts?

No we dont, we have no joining fee’s, no cancellation fees and no lock in contracts. Our membership process is very simple and our membership prices are pretty amazing. A Women’s membership will cover your monthly classes in Women’s Kickboxing, Women’s Combat Fitness and Strength classes, and Mixed Boxing.
