During our Kickboxing classes, you will learn to use your arms and legs as weapons. Learn correct Kickboxing techniques while getting a great cardio and strength workout. You will learn Muay Thai Kickboxing and every now again mixed with Dutch Kickboxing. These classes cover Punches, Kicks, Elbows, Knee’s, and Clinch techniques.
Classes are open to all levels of experience and fitness. All training equipment is provided, such as Thai Pads, skipping ropes, etc. You will need to bring Boxing gloves, if you don’t have any on your first few lessons, feel free to borrow ours.
